**Choosing option 2 allows access to the game room, but the use of bunk beds and trundles is restricted. Any reported use of the bunk beds will incur an extra cost.
Unwind in the outdoor haven featuring comfortable seating, a propane firepit, and year-round pool access. The backyard offers both in-ground and above-ground hot tubs. Using the in-ground spa incurs a $100/day charge during winter.

To ensure you have the best experience with our pool, please note that heating will be charged for each night it is used. Since most of the energy is required to heat the pool on the first night, a minimum of two nights’ charge will apply, even if you decide to heat the pool for fewer nights. This means you will be billed for every night the pool is heated from the start of the heating request to the end of your reservation.
POOL EQUIPMENT:
For safety and maintenance reasons, guests are not permitted to handle, adjust, or tamper with the pool equipment, as it is managed by professional pool technicians. This includes, but is not limited to, the pool vacuum/sweeper. If the vacuum/sweeper is removed from the pool, a $100 charge will apply to cover the cost of a technician visit to restore it to proper working condition.

For a cozy and familiar sleeping experience for your little ones, we advise bringing your own sheets for the toddler bed and crib if you plan to use them. Your thoughtful preparations will contribute to creating a comfortable and personalized space for your children during your stay.

For travel advisories, check weather conditions during winter; road plowing is available but delays might occur. Shovels are provided, and having chains available is advised. Consider travel insurance, especially for mountain homes near Yosemite. During summer, due to fire risks, smoking, and outdoor fires (except in the propane fire pit) are strictly prohibited by county regulations, and enforced with fines.
